2012年開設のローカル手作りプライベートパーク（倉庫内・ハードボード仕上げ）。一般開放は毎週土曜のみで、受付はiS OLLiES（営業13:00〜21:00・木曜定休）。平日等は初心者向けスケートスクール会場。貸切・イベント利用は相談可。2025年にAJSA B戦を開催。夏は非常に暑いので飲料持参。 iS OLLiES（NQS skatepark併設）に併設。
